Windows 7 SHA-2 Code Signing Support Update (KB4474419)

KB4474419 adds SHA-2 code signing support to Windows 7 Service Pack 1. This support became necessary after Microsoft moved Windows update signing from SHA-1/SHA-2 dual signing to SHA-2 only.
